Larry Thomas, CRNP

Larry has called Birmingham home since 2020. He attended Auburn University earning both a bachelor's and Master's degree in nursing. He spent his career as a registered nurse in both emergency and intensive care settings. He began his career in pain management in 2024 and joined The Cahaba Pain and Spine Care team in 2026. He is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Larry believes in a multidisciplinary approach to pain management to improve overall functionality helping patients return to daily activities and enhancing their quality of life. Larry is a proud U.S. Army veteran where he earned three medals of commendation during his 8 years of active service. Larry is an avid runner, enjoys playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
